Article Processing Charges (APC)

Revised APC from 1 December 2026: USD 1,199 per accepted article. Partial fee waivers are available on request; the core publication cost of USD 50 is payable on every accepted article.

The Journal of Advance Research in Business, Management and Accounting is a fully open access, peer-reviewed journal. All published articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

There are no submission fees, no editorial assessment fees and no peer-review fees. The APC is requested only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication, and it has no influence on editorial decisions.

APC from 1 December 2026

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted. It is made up of the following components:

The revised APC applies to manuscripts accepted for publication on or after 1 December 2026.

Fee Waiver Policy

Authors may request a partial waiver of the waivable components of the APC. The core publication cost of USD 50 is payable on every accepted article and cannot be waived. Requests are assessed on:

  • the World Bank income group of the corresponding author's country;
  • whether the research is funded;
  • documented financial hardship of the corresponding author.

Eligibility is assessed for the corresponding author. Send requests to editor@nnpub.org at submission or on acceptance, with a short justification. Waiver requests are handled by the publisher's office; editors and reviewers are not informed of them and are not involved in payments. Fees and waiver status never influence editorial decisions.

Manuscripts accepted on or before 30 November 2026 are charged according to the previous APC structure below.

The Institutional & Author Membership Program is entirely optional. Membership provides administrative and publication management benefits only. It does not guarantee manuscript acceptance, expedited peer review, faster publication, or preferential editorial treatment. All manuscripts submitted under the membership program are subject to the journal's standard editorial assessment and peer-review process.

Refund Policy

  • There are no manuscript submission fees.
  • APCs are payable only after formal acceptance of a manuscript.
  • Once production has commenced following acceptance, APCs are generally non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for withdrawals after production has begun or for retractions resulting from plagiarism, duplicate publication, research misconduct, or violations of publication ethics.
  • Any overpayment made in error will be refunded after verification.
