As well it happened analysis data using group from methods statistics, included averages calculation and deviations standardization and coefficient correlation pearson analysis the decline .
Results search showed to rise level combustion Job digital have staff a result usage condenser for tools digital and the abundance meetings virtual and continuation communication electronic . As well it showed results presence relationship correlation and impact moral between strategies resources humanity and burning job digital, so contributes practices administrative the supporter, like flexibility in hours the job, and organization contact digital, and programs support psychological training on administration the time, in reduction levels fatigue digital and improving balance between the job and life .
The finished search to that success environments the job hybrids requires adoption policies resources mankind flexible and clear focus on protection health psychology for the workers and strengthening sustainability organizational.
